Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Ironwave Fitness reviews refund requests for online fitness and wellness training services, including virtual workout guidance, digital fitness learning materials, interactive group training sessions, and lifestyle and wellness support content.

1. General Policy

Ironwave Fitness provides digital and online services that may involve immediate access to educational materials, preparation of structured routines, delivery of downloadable resources, scheduling of online sessions, and service-related communication. Because these services involve digital access and preparation work, refunds are reviewed based on timing, access status, service type, and work already performed.

2. Digital Products and Learning Materials

Digital fitness guides, wellness checklists, general training plans, downloadable materials, educational resources, and similar digital content are generally non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, opened, or made available to the customer.

If a customer purchases a digital material by mistake and has not accessed or received the material, the customer may request review within 24 hours of purchase. Approval is not automatic and depends on order status and delivery records.

3. Virtual Workout Guidance

Virtual workout guidance packages may include preparation of routines, demonstration materials, general wellness instructions, and communication related to the user’s selected service. Refunds may be considered if requested before preparation work has begun.

Once Ironwave Fitness has started preparing the workout guidance, organizing materials, or delivering service-related content, the purchase may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the amount of work completed.

4. Interactive Group Training Sessions

For interactive group training sessions, refund eligibility depends on whether the session has already occurred, whether the customer attended, whether a reserved spot was held, and whether cancellation was requested with enough notice.

  • Requests made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or account credit.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be non-refundable.
  • Missed sessions, late arrivals, or inability to connect due to user-side technical issues are generally non-refundable.
  • If Ironwave Fitness cancels a session, the customer may receive rescheduling, credit, or refund review.

5. Lifestyle and Wellness Support Content

Lifestyle and wellness support content may include educational wellness materials, home workout organization recommendations, digital platform content, and active lifestyle resources. Because this content may be prepared or delivered digitally, refunds may be limited after access or delivery.

6. No Refunds for Results-Based Reasons

Ironwave Fitness does not guarantee specific fitness, wellness, body composition, weight loss, strength, endurance, or health outcomes. Refunds are not provided solely because a customer did not achieve a specific result, did not follow the materials, changed personal goals, or stopped using the service.

7. Medical, Injury, or Personal Circumstance Requests

Customers who experience a medical issue, injury, scheduling conflict, or other personal circumstance may contact Ironwave Fitness for review. Depending on the situation, Ironwave Fitness may offer rescheduling, service credit, partial credit, or another reasonable adjustment. Refund approval is not guaranteed.

Ironwave Fitness services are educational and general wellness-focused and do not replace medical consultation. Users are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their condition.

8. Technical Issues

If a technical issue caused by Ironwave Fitness prevents access to purchased digital materials or scheduled services, Ironwave Fitness will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend materials, provide alternative delivery, reschedule a session, or review a refund request.

User-side technical issues, including poor internet connection, device limitations, email filtering, inability to access third-party platforms, or incorrect contact information, may not qualify for a refund.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Ironwave Fitness before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. If a chargeback is opened, Ironwave Fitness may suspend service access while the matter is reviewed. Fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.

10. How to Request a Refund Review

To request review, provide the purchaser name, email used for the order, service purchased, purchase date, reason for request, and any relevant details. Ironwave Fitness may ask for additional information to verify the order and evaluate the request.

11. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or platform used for the transaction. Ironwave Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

12. Service Credits and Rescheduling

In some cases, Ironwave Fitness may offer service credit, rescheduling, replacement materials, or alternative support instead of a monetary refund. This may apply when a service has been partially delivered, a session needs to be moved, or the customer’s needs can be addressed through another digital fitness service.

13. Policy Updates

Ironwave Fitness may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
